# Just in Time Math

An NLET and Pragya Initiative

## Pathways to Success

Math literacy is essential for many careers, yet gaps in math knowledge are a major barrier for learners to succeed in high school and college. A one-size-fits-all approach to college math courses overlooks individual learning gaps and the diverse needs of students pursuing different career pathways. This leads to poor outcomes.

Just In Time Math (JITM) is a purpose-built solution to address these vital gaps.

Just In Time Math is an AI-powered, competency-based, interactive solution built on the Pragya Precision Skilling platform for identifying individual strengths and gaps in math concepts and delivering learners just the math they need. It provides quick, efficient assessments and online tutorials customized to their specific career pathway, to provide feedback to students and accelerate them towards more complex math concepts.

Just In Time Math was developed in collaboration between Pragya and [NLET](https://nlet.org/math/). It has been successfully used in dozens of colleges across the country.
